NatWest Group is hiring a Software Engineer, Power Apps to design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to build applications, automate workflows, create dashboards, and support the complete software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience in API integrations and enterprise workflow automation.
• Proficiency in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Azure, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and application support.
• Ability to solve complex technical and analytical problems.
• Understanding of programming best practices, including scalability, automation, optimization, and performance.
